PrimeLending welcomes Dan Yribar as Tucson branch manager.

Residential mortgage lender PrimeLending announced Monday that Dan Yribar has joined the firm as manager for the company’s first full-service Tucson branch, expanding its presence in southern Arizona.

Revealing the news from its Dallas, Texas, headquarters, PrimeLending anticipates opening the new office, located at 3777 E. Broadway Blvd., by mid-September.

"I am very excited to join PrimeLending and roll-out the company's exceptional One-Time Close construction loan and extensive renovation loan portfolio in the Tucson market," Yribar said. "With PrimeLending's simple builder registration process and the ability to lend on everything from an escrow hold-back for a new pool to a luxury custom new home build, we will soon be the lender of choice for small to mid-size builders in southern Arizona."

Yribar comes with over 25 years of mortgage industry experience, having worked as a processor, a wholesale representative, a loan originator, a branch manager and most recently as a regional manager with Fairway Independent Mortgage. He serves as an honorary commander at Davis Monthan Air Force Base and will be joined by his wife Heidi, a former Fairway marketing vice president, to support his new loan origination team’s marketing and sales.

As the Tucson branch manager, Dan will bring “an extraordinary breadth of experience and infectious enthusiasm to the PrimeLending family," Dawn Robinson, PrimeLending’s senior vice president, said. "We look for servant leaders who understand the industry and have a track record of growing profitable branches, and Dan is a perfect fit."

PrimeLending, a national residential mortgage originator, is a PlainsCapital Company and subsidiary of Hilltop Holdings Inc.
