Award-winning builder Mattamy Homes’ first Tucson-area venture will bring stunning views and interactive designs to Marana, Arizona, with the grand opening of its Dove Mountain on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Four fully furnished model homes can be explored at the event, at the Mattamy Sales Center and Design Studio at 7300 W. Cactus Flower Pass in Marana.

"We've been looking forward to introducing new high-quality homes and communities into the Tucson market, and are excited to take our first step with Dove Mountain," Mattamy's Tucson division president, Josh Robinson, said. "Our community is going to be set apart on a number of fronts, including incredible views and backing onto natural, open space, as well as Mattamy's…unique architecture and elevations, and attention to…details."

A total of 172 single-family homes are available for sale, with prices starting in the high $200,000s. In Mattamy’s signature tradition, homeowners can personalize their home design through an on-site design studio. Two types of home designs offer a choice of nine floor plans ranging between 1,800 and 3,500 square feet.

Featuring upscale amenities, starting with the privacy and low density of a scenic gated community, Dove Mountain will provide natural open spaces with wonderful views. Situated on 6,200 acres of foothills, canyons and mountainside landscapes, the complex will provide more than 60 miles of hiking and biking trails, along with 81 holes of unique “desert golf.”

As the largest privately owned homebuilder in North America, Mattamy Homes has sold more than 70,000 homes in 160 communities.
