Industrial Nanotech Inc., an emerging research and solutions provider in the homebuilding industry, yesterday announced the firm’s newest office will open in Phoenix to serve the area with the company’s proprietary wall and roof products.

"Our patented products were designed from inception to perform in what we call 'severe service environments'... offshore drilling platforms, chemical and petrochemical facilities in climates as extreme as the deserts of the Middle East," Stuart Burchill, the company's co-founder and CEO, said.

Noting that his company’s thermal insulation technology has proved useful elsewhere over the past decade, Burchill pinpointed structures in the desert regions of Arizona, Nevada, and Palm Springs, California as particularly deserving of insulation, UV resistance and environmental protection treatment.

Burchill said meetings conducted with Arizona homebuilders revealed a clear and immediate need to service the region.

“It is evident that this is going to be a high-volume market for us and not one we can serve adequately from a distance; therefore, we will be opening a satellite office there in October to better serve these customers," he said.

By installing Industrial Nanotech products in their new home communities, builders can be assured that the firm’s innovative and environmentally friendly materials — such as thermal insulation and asset protection coatings — will save energy, provide moisture and chemical resistance, and prevent corrosion and corrosion under insulation. All protection coatings are low volatile organic compounds, water-based, and sustainable.

Industrial Nanotech is based in Naples, Florida.
