Proposals up for consideration concern several cease and desist orders including restitution and administrative penalties for approximately half a dozen businesses including Biltmore Wealth Advisors, Deer Park Development Corporation, Investment Acquisitions Group and Red Mountain Funding, Inc.

Applications are also pending from Union Pacific Railroad for upgrade approvals and deadline extensions, with additional applications for approval from Arizona Corporation Commission Pipeline Safety Division and several utility companies, including Consolidated Communications Enterprise Services, Inc.; Access Point, Inc.; Southwest Transmission Cooperative, Inc.; Clear Springs Utility Company, Inc.; and EPCOR Water Arizona, Inc.

The regular agenda will consider recommendations and applications for approval from additional utilities, including Johnson Utilities, LLC, Trico Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Arizona Public Service Company.

The commission will provide an opportunity for public comment on any item on these agendas.

The purpose of the meeting includes consideration, discussion and possible vote of the items on the agenda. Involved parties are requested, but not required, to attend. Additionally, the commissioners may move to a closed executive session if needed.
