Arizona Polymer Flooring recently acquired Super-Krete.

Arizona Polymer Flooring (APF) said it recently acquired Super-Krete, a California-based concrete manufacturer, and hopes to improve its industrial and decorative flooring offerings.

Glendale-based APF specializes in industrial marketplace needs for flooring, and the merger will be highly beneficial because Super-Krete works closely with the decorative concrete marketplace and combining the two companies will mean all fronts of the concrete industry will be covered

APF will now be able to market its services to more than just industrial customers who want to service their processing or health care facilities and will be able to target Super-Krete products to individuals seeking improvements to their homes, such as restoration, waterproofing and repair.

The two companies are merging under the ownership of APF, and Super-Krete will keep its name and brand.

“Our customers will now benefit from the strength of both companies," Super-Krete Vice President Tracey Lackovich said. "We’re proud to develop this partnership, and continue growing and innovating, just as we have for the past 30 years.”
