Tombstone Exploration Corporation is examing 10 lode claims in Yuma County.

Tombstone Exploration Corporation (TMBXF), a fully reporting company, recently said it has started to examine its 10 Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lode claims on land positions located in Arizona’s Yuma County.

The positions are based in the Eagletail Mining District. This detailed exploration program is part of the company’s sampling program of all of its 20 BLM lode claims. These include 400 acres around the Stardust Mine, first staked in May.

TMBXF has partnered with Element Exploration LLC and Isaac Nelson, the company’s exploration geologist, for the exploration. Nelson has over a decade of experience and specializes in copper and gold systems that have epithermal gold as well as porphyry districts.

First, the exploration will take samples from the area’s vein systems. This will help the company to detect several precious metal systems within the area. Then TMBXF will begin to trench and drill these areas.

“We are excited to have started our exploration work on the Star claims and will continue to add key executives to our organization with long-term backgrounds in the resource industry and strong connections within the financial industry,” TMBXF President Alan Brown said. “I am confident that this will allow us to continue to implement our exploration initiatives and broaden our resource base in the commodity areas.”
