Six SRP employees have been honored for their volunteerism.

Six Salt River Project (SRP) employees were recently recognized with this year's SRP Presidents’ Volunteer Spirit awards.

The honorees included Jeff Fantin for his work with Child Crisis Arizona, Sheryl Heier for her work with Friends of the Phoenix Public Library, Karilee Ramaley for her work with the Association of Arizona Food Banks, Ron Harrison for his work with Arizona Autism Charter Schools Inc., Beatriz Antelo for her work with one·n·ten and Ed Baker for his work with Tempe Community Action Agency.

“One of the truly remarkable aspects of the SRP employee family is the unwavering commitment to volunteerism that spans the entire organization,” SRP President David Rousseau said.  “I’m very proud to be part of a company that has so many employees that give so freely of their time and talent.”

The award is given to company employees who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to service throughout Arizona.
