Payson-based Chris Smith Investments has joined resources with Wilde Wealth Management since the two firms share a vision.

Chris Smith Investments serves clients from Florida to Alaska, with many clients being the children of clients.

"When parents pass away, the next generation continues to value the relationship, and technology helps us provide personal hometown service anywhere," Chris Smith Investments owner Chris Smith said.

The Payson office will keep its team. "Our three-person team has been successful and well-suited for our community," Smith said. "Wilde Wealth adds a team of numbers-oriented, analytical people, new ideas and skills to do an even better job for our clients. They share the same vision, of helping people make good choices with integrity. My message to clients is, 'You are not losing me — you are gaining more tools, and more people to care about you.' Just like we encourage clients to plan for contingencies to protect those we care about, we are practicing what we preach."

Trevor Wilde , based in Scottsdale, has been recognized on Barron's Top Financial Advisors list for eight consecutive years.

Both firms actively serve local communities. Smith has served on the boards for Payson Hospital Foundation, the local Habitat for Humanity and Gideons International, while Wilde Wealth is involved with Social Venture Partners, Run for Broxton, Briggs4Kids, Toys for Tots and other annual projects such as Ryan House.
