LiveOps, a Scottsdale-based contact center company, has selected a new, and highly experienced, leader to serve as its chief executive officer.

LiveOps said in a release that it has selected Keith Leimbach to fill their newly opened CEO position.

“Keith will be a welcome addition to the organization and will propel the company in a positive direction.” Jim Watson, a LiveOps board member and managing director of Presidio Partners, said in the release.

Leimbach has served as CEO for ESG and ServiceSource. During his time at previous roles in top positions, he increased companies’ profit margins and added a valuable impact to their outsourcing efforts.

“Finding a CEO with proven leadership experience who could also match LiveOps’ passion for its employees, agents, clients and their customers was a must, and the board sees that in Keith,” Watson said.

Leimbach attended Ohio State University and received a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. From there, he attended the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
