Arizona-based RightSure Insurance has bought Chaparral Insurance Agency, a Prescott-Valley based business.
The purchase of Chaparral is the company’s 12th book of business acquisition, according to a press release.
The decision to buy the Prescott-Valley insurance business stems from the similar cultures in each agency. They both have a strong customer focus with a mind on the future, and both companies have cultivated a feeling of loyalty in their employees, according to the release.
The acquisition will give clients form Chaparral access to RightSure’s call center.
"We're very excited to work with the Chaparral team and their customers in Prescott Valley," R. Jeffrey Arnold, RightSure's president, said in the press release. "Our goal is to enhance the insurance experience with a wide range of product options, clear, friendly guidance and efficient, user-friendly processes."
RightSure has been permitted to sell insurance products, including personal, commercial and life insurance, in 42 states, according to the release.
