Arizona ranks 32nd across the country for revenue from college athletics, according to data obtained from the U.S. Department of Education.

According to data gathered by the Higher Education Tribune on revenue generated from college athletics from both public and private schools at all levels, with 6 schools, Arizona sees approximately $219 million in revenue. Arizona State University brings in the most revenue in the state, with $92.1 million. If broken down per capita, Arizona sees $33 per person in revenue.

Texas has the highest total revenue from college athletics at approximately $1.15 billion, while Washington, D.C., ranks highest per capita with $155 of revenue per person in the population.
