The duo reputed to be among the top Southwestern U.S. CrossFit trainers will soon open a second location of CrossFit Blur in Tempe, Arizona’s University Plaza, offering an expanded roster of classes for the fitness-conscious.

Justin Fallon and Jake Holmberg, who currently operate their successful enterprise in Scottsdale, will bring their signature style to the Arizona State University area with a new gym at 1435 E. University Avenue in Tempe. Known for bringing their dynamic personalities to their training regimens, the pair has entered regional competitions, developed teams and formed a strong following.

“Don't be fooled by how much fun we have, we get great results,” Fallon and Holmberg said. “Our goal is to offer a fun and safe environment that works for any level of athlete. First time back in the gym since high school or elite college athlete our programming will fit your needs."

CrossFit Blur currently offers group crossfit classes, individual skill sessions, Olympic lifting classes, personal training and yoga. Members include all types of fitness aficionados, from competitive athletes to health-minded seniors, and work is customized to individual needs.

“The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience,” Fallon and Holmberg said. “We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and premier athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.”

To the industry’s credit, CrossFit is the program of choice for police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists and professional athletes worldwide.
