The Arizona Corporation Commission will discuss Team Capital and an appointment to the Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee at its meeting at 1 p.m. Wednesday at 1200 W. Washington St., Phoenix.

The commission will discuss and potentially vote on possibly issuing a subpoena with regards to Timothy F. Robertson, doing business as Team Capital.

The agenda also contains a long list of bills that the commission will receive updates on and may vote on at the meeting. Some of those bills include a small water systems fund bill, two railroad bills, an electronic filings bill and a private fund advisers bill.

Commission Chairman Doug Little's appointee to the Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee also will be discussed at the meeting.

Also on the agenda is a discussion of Southwest Gas Corporation's request to modify the decision of the committee that requires the company to notify its staff within two hours of any evacuation of any residence, commercial or industrial property.

Finally, the commission will discuss possibly setting up public comment meetings for the UNS Electric Inc. rate case.
