Horizon Community Bank Senior Commercial Banking Manager Scott Dickman was recently named the Arizona bank's market president of Greater Maricopa County.

Dickman joined the bank's team in September and the promotion reflects his leadership abilities, the bank said. 

In his new position, Dickman will be responsible for monitoring the bank's operations in Maricopa County and overseeing 14 employees as well as managing the deposits, lending programs and other routine operations and projects.

Horizon Community Bank is a locally owned and operated FDIC insured bank.
