Arizona Technology Council adds leaders from Uber, WebPT and American Express to its board

The Arizona Technology Council (ATC) said Monday it has added representatives from Uber, WebPT and American Express to its board of directors.

The Arizona Technology Council (ATC) said Monday it has added representatives from Uber, WebPT and American Express to its board of directors.

ATC has appointed Uber Regional Operations and Logistics Manager Chad Fogg; American Express Senior Vice President for Technology Operations and Transformation David Woody; and WebPT Co-founder and former President, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer Brad Jannenga to is board.

Woody and Jannenga will serve as regular board members, while Fogg will serve a one-year term without voting powers and provide the board will perspective from the millennial generation.

“We’re fortunate to have both senior executives and young leaders interested in making positive changes in the technology community by becoming involved in boards such as ours,” ATC President and CEO  Technology Steven Zylstra said. "The future of every community depends on the availability of talent, and we need every generation to be committed to making our goal of building a high-tech hub in Arizona a reality."

The ATC is Arizona's trade association for the science and technology industry. Board members include leaders from companies such as Intel, Wells Fargo, Symantec and Honeywell Aerospace.
