Leaders at TPT Global Tech recently announced that they have finalized their acquisition of Trucom Networks, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) based in Nevada and Arizona.
Trucom operates and owns more than 100 miles of fiber optics in the area. It also has an extensive terrestrial microwave wireless network the spans the Phoenix Valley. The company provides data, internet, fiber optics, online and mobile streaming television, and voice services.
"The combination of Trucom and TPT Global Tech brings together two well-established communications and entertainment technology firms and enhances our collective ability to bring superior service for wireless solutions to our clients," Rick Eberhard, CEO of Trucom, said. "Our companies share the same values and commitment to our clients, and together we can offer a broader portfolio of solutions for their businesses."
An independent third party audited Trucom and its network, stating that the company is worth more than $13 million.
"We here at TPT Global Tech are very pleased to add Trucom and its assets and customer base to TPT Global Tech's portfolio of companies,” Stephen Thomas III, president and CEO of TPT Global Tech, said. “We believe the addition of the Phoenix fiber backbone will enhance our overall Global Media and Telecom network infrastructure to provide and deliver a higher-quality service experience for our customers -- domestically and internationally.”
