Cave Creek based Lotus Bio-Technology Development Corp. has signed an exclusive joint-development and marketing agreement with Hunan Cangshi Biological Technology Co. Ltd (HC) to bolster sales and strengthen Lotus' position in the industry.

Hunan Cangshi is a proprietor, developer and producer of organic plants that are grown under the direction and control of HC. HC develops of organic-based environmentally friendly products.

Lotus and HC will promote the entire line of products and services that are produced by HC. Lotus will offer marketing expertise resources and HC will provide the products and services for the emerging natural products markets in China.
