Homebuilder KB Home recently opened its Oakmore Reserve development in Tucson.

Centrally located near Interstate 19, Oakmore Reserve offers new homes near major transportation routes, entertainment and outdoor recreation.

Oakmore Reserve is less than one mile from the Irvington Road interchange with I-19, providing access to Interstate 10 and Ajo Way. Residents have direct access to the Santa Cruz River Park Trail, as well as shopping, dining and entertainment options at the nearby Tucson Spectrum.

The six one- and two-story floor plans at Oakmore Reserve range from 1,465 to 2,657 square feet and can be built with up to six bedrooms and three baths.

Oakmore Reserve homes are designed to be more energy and water efficient than typical new and resale homes, translating into potentially significant savings on monthly utility bills.

Oakmore Reserve's sales office is at 4917 S. River Run Drive in Tucson.
