Gilbert chamber endorses governing board candidates for two school districts
The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce has released its endorsements of governing board candidates for Gilbert Public Schools and Higley Unified School District.
The chamber’s Public Policy Committee evaluated candidates via questionnaires, personal interviews and a special forum. The committee ranked candidates based on pro-business support and understanding, community involvement, leadership skills and their ability to represent the community in a professional manner.
The chamber endorses Reed Carr, Sheila Rogers and Lily Tram for governing board seats for Gilbert Public Schools.
The chamber's endorsements for governing board seats for the Higley Unified School District are Scott Glover and Kristina Reese.
