MC Residential Communities counted among most admired companies by business magazine

MC Residential Communities has been named as one of this year's most admired companies in the state by AZ Business Magazine and BestCompaniesAZ.

All of the Arizona "most admired" winners were honored at an awards reception and featured in the September/October issue of AZ Business Magazine.

"This is the most comprehensive and most prestigious corporate awards program in Arizona: it recognizes the contributions and impact these most admired companies bring to the state," Denise Gredler, founder and CEO of BestCompaniesAZ, said.

Companies were selected based on leadership excellence, workplace culture, customer opinion, innovation, and corporate and social responsibility.

"We're incredibly proud to be chosen as one of the most admired companies in Arizona for 2016," MC Residential Communities President Lesley Brice said. "Having a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, diversity and career development is incredibly important to us. Submitting for this award allowed us to shine a light on what makes MC special, like our workplace culture and philanthropic programs."

MC's unusual workplace is designed to be fun and engaging; for instance, it has a retro diner-themed lunch room and a game room complete with a vintage arcade system. A space called the Think Tank is surrounded by whiteboards and inspirational messages.

MC Residential Communities is a real estate investment and property management company based in Scottsdale.
