KB Home has appointed Rob McGibney as regional general manager for Arizona.

McGibney is in charge of all of the company’s home-building projects in Phoenix and Tucson, including land acquisitions, planning, land development, sales, marketing, construction and customer service.

Amy McReynolds will continue overseeing the company’s Tucson business unit as division president. She will report to McGibney.

McGibney started working with KB Home 16 years ago as a financial analyst, rising through the ranks to Las Vegas division president in 2010. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Missouri State University.
