The Chandler Chamber of Commerce said its Thursday Morning Leads Group lunch will be held at 11:45 a.m. Dec. 1 at The Old Spaghetti Factory, 3155 W. Chandler Boulevard #9 in Chandler.

The group will be about building business relationships in the West Chandler area and is supported by the Chandler Chamber of Commerce.

The chamber's leads groups are for business members to network and grow their businesses. The groups work like a referral network. Members of the groups have the opportunity to develop contacts and connections to generate sales.

The objectives are to promote and provide a means for members to exchange business leads and information; to encourage expansion of member businesses; to help members stay informed of business opportunities; and to encourage cooperation among businesses.

Every member gets a chance to speak about their company and discuss upcoming events or sales. Business cards and literature can be shared with other members. Every week a different speaker has an extended 15-minute talk to go into more detail about their work.

Membership in designed so there is one person per trade or profession to prevent competing businesses from being in the same group. Dues are paid annually. Anyone interested in joining a leads group is allowed to visit twice for free before deciding whether to join that group.
