Zensights said this week that Will Passano will become the new president of the Scottsdale-based pharmaceutical vendor management company.

Passano will be in charge of boosting growth for the commercial organization to meet the increasing demand generated by the pharmaceutical industry.

Passano has extensive executive leadership experience in health care as well as in health care publishing and education. He has been instrumental in growing his former organizations into market leaders. He also has a strong background in sales, internal operations and investor relations.

Passano earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Roanoke College and his masters in business from Columbia University. He is a board member of the Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital in Baltimore.

“Will is a transformational addition to the team," Zensights CEO Bob Jansen said. "He has run several organizations and his business acumen and professional ethics make him a great fit for Zensights. This has been a banner week for Zensights with Will joining the team and with the announcement that both President George W. Bush and General George Casey Jr. will be participating at our upcoming Adapt or Die leadership series Dec. 2 in Dallas.”
