The RE/MAX Omni Consultants group is hosting the black-tie-optional Winter Gift of Giving Gala Dec. 17 to benefit pediatric hydrocephalus research at the Phoenix Children's Hospital.

The event begins at 6 p.m. at BLK Live in Scottsdale with mingling and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a silent auction and charity blackjack and roulette games. A three-course dinner and dancing to live music round out the evening.

A ticket price of $100 includes two drink tickets and a three-course meal. Sponsorship opportunities are also available, from $1,500 to sponsor a table to $15,000 as a title sponsor. To purchase tickets or for more information about becoming a sponsor, contact Melissa Lane at 954-299-5012 or melissal@bcckids.org.

The Winter Gift of Giving Gala will be led by Patricia Cain of RE/MAX Omni Consultants. Cain is a paratriathlete and advocate of individuals with disabilities.

Pediatric hydrocephalus is a condition that causes excess cerebrospinal fluid in the brain, resulting in reduced brain growth.
