Associa Arizona recently said in a news release that it has been hired to manage the associations of Surprise Farms II and Sunrise Territory Village.

Surprise Farms II Community Association, in Surprise, is a 1,076-unit master-planned community. Heather Brookheimer, who has experience managing master-planned communities, condominiums and luxury properties, will manage the association.

Sunrise Territory Village is a 176-unit single-family community in Tucson's foothills. Client accounting specialist Colin Rinne will handle financial and administrative services for the community.

"We are excited to have both of these communities serviced by our Arizona offices and part of our family," Associa Arizona President Kirk Bliss said. "It is an honor and privilege to become trusted partners with such distinct associations. ... We strive to offer the industry's best services for the best communities and our focus is to develop community harmony and a strong relationship through our dedicated customer service. We look forward to working with them."
