Several locations of the Classic Car Spa car wash and their Arizona parent company, Asset Acquisition LLC., recently filed for bankruptcy.

The filing says "the debtor has estimated assets between $1 million and $10 million” Three creditors with secured claims are listed: Desert Schools Federal Credit Union at $6,225,921, KS State Bank at $152,012 and the Maricopa County Treasurer at $68,958.

The Arizona company has four locations in the state, but only four had filed for bankruptcy as of press time.
