Jodi Low, U & Improved founder and CEO, teaches others that to live a life of happiness, success and fulfillment, one's head and heart have to be in alignment.

Low, a motivational coach for those seeking more fulfillment in their lives, told attendees of her recent workshop, “The worst thing you can do is live a life of mediocrity… it just catches up to all of us and we don’t even realize it."

In her workshops, Low teaches interactive classes filled with “real-world life experience, positivity and boundless energy to empower attendees to find all the success and fulfillment they seek,” the Greater Chamber of Commerce reported.

Her classes are not just for those who have felt like they are at rock bottom, the Greater Chamber of Commerce said. “They are also for those whose lives are simply OK – those occupying the space between low-level successes and 'living the dream.'"

Such classes include “Having It All,” “Keys to Business Success,” “U the Warrior” and “U the Samurai.” Low’s goal is to help others be the best they can be. Her biggest fear is someone resigning to be imprisoned by a life of complacency. Low encourages all to truly engage themselves in being more motivated and living a fulfilled life.

“Look in the mirror tonight and say out loud five things that are amazing about yourself," she said. "It isn’t about saying no to others. It’s about saying yes to you.”
