Phoenix is now home to an Italian food distributor, Greco & Sons Inc., where they recently purchased the Santa Fe Logistics Center for $22.4 million property.

 

The purchased property, which has 367,963 in square feet, will specialize in  “Italian meats, pastas and olive oils,” Biz Journals reported.

 

Tratt Properties sold Greco & Sons Inc. the property. Biz Journal said, “Greco will occupy another 130,787 square feet.” In addition to that space, “another 124,507 square is available for lease at the warehouse and industrial building, which is certified by the U.S. Green Building Councils’ Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program.
