The Foothills Caring Corps' 13th Annual Taste of the Foothills Fundraiser will be March 23 in Cave Creek.

The fundraising event offers foods from local restaurants plus live entertainment, a raffle and auctions. This year, a craft beer tasting will also take place. 

The Taste of the Foothills Fundraiser is one of two annual fundraisers for the group, which promotes elderly independence. So far the organization has has raised more than $500,000 as it nears its goal of $650,000.

General admission for the fundraiser is $100 for two adult tickets, including one Cash & Caring raffle entry. A $500 VIP admission package provides five tickets for 10 people, plus a reserved group table and five raffle entries.
