Arizona real estate franchise HomeSmart has a full-time position open in the marketing department of its Scottsdale location.
HomeSmart seeks a “highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and resourceful” individual to take the place of marketing content coordinator, as noted by the posting.
HomeSmart wants a strong communicator with the ability to multi-task, oversee numerous priorities, and be timely with assignments. In addition, the franchise expects to fill the position with an individual that can successfully market content and has background knowledge in using Microsoft Windows.
In the position, responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing and assisting in company marketing campaigns, producing new marketing material, working closely with the entire marketing department to ensure analytics, and creating marketing content. Additionally, the person placed in the position will be expected to “ensure copy tone and style are consistent with graphics and the overall HomeSmart brand.”
The selected applicant will receive a starting salary of $32,000 with benefits (health, dental and vision), and will have access to a 401(k) where the company will match. Paid time off and sick days are available.
