Cenpatico Integrated Care (Cenpatico IC) and Health Net of Arizona Inc. recently revealed the three newest members of its executive leadership team from the two firms’ respective headquarters in Tempe and Tucson.

The companies jointly named James Stover as president of Medicaid programs, Dr. Seth Dubry as chief medical director and Robert J. Baughman III as senior vice president of operations. Cenpatico IC and Health Net are both wholly owned subsidiaries of Centene Corp.

“We are proud to welcome James, Seth and Rob to the Arizona team,” Paul Barnes, Arizona Plan president said in an announcement. “We have a strong commitment to the State of Arizona and are building a leadership team that reflects our mission of transforming the health of our communities, one person at a time. Their past experience and personal commitment will help us provide high-quality, affordable health care to Arizonans.”

Stover will work out of Tucson to assume management of Maricopa County’s Medicaid acute care branch, Health Net Access. Previously CEO of the University of Arizona Health Plans (UAHP) for several years, Stover brings 18 years of experience.

Dubry, previously chief medical director at UAHP, is an experienced family practitioner and a professor for the University of Wisconsin’s medical school. He will join Stover in the Tucson office.

Baughman has worked in managed health care for 15 years, specializing in operations and corporate development for Centene, WellPoint Inc. and Eli Lilly & Co. He will work out of the firm’s Tempe location.
