Debbie Sue Fruguglietti was recently named West USA Realty's newest manager.

"Debbie Sue is one of the best when it comes to helping and building relationships with our agents," West USA Realty president Clint Fouts said in a press release. “She is the perfect fit for our Scottsdale office, and we are lucky to have her on our team.”

Having first obtained her real estate license in 2015 with the firm itself, Fruguglietti joined the business last year as its onboarding concierge, guiding newer agents as they familiarized themselves with the operation.

Previously she spent seven years as an office manager for school system administration in California, coordinating facility management logistics, interviewing and hiring new employees and overseeing payroll and work schedules for personnel.

Now officially office manager for West USA Realty Kierland, Fruguglietti will take on responsibility for the office’s recruitment, retention and risk reduction while continuing to support agents’ achievements.

"Debbie Sue's experience in agent onboarding and concierge allows her to have a smooth transition into her new role as office manager,” Michelle Sealy, who has served as general manager since 1991, said. “We look forward to the enhancement of our management by the promotion of Debbie Sue."
