Century 21 Arizona Foothills recently welcomed new associates following the firm’s merger with Solutions Real Estate, widening its real estate footprint in Maricopa and Pinal counties.

The Solutions team’s David Dion will remain as consultant/agent and Kathleen O'Herron will stay as managing broker.

"We are thrilled to have David and Kathleen join the Century 21 Arizona Foothills team," Greg Sexton, chief operating officer for Century 21 Real Estate, said in a press release. "We look forward to expanding the presence of the Century 21 brand in a thriving metropolitan area like Phoenix."

Dion and O’Herron have worked with Century 21 previously.

Century 21 Arizona Foothills President Floyd Scott said that the merger allows the company to broaden its potential in the region and stay abreast of customers’ changing needs as the area’s population expands.

The new combination affords the business a bigger operational base, increasing the number of offices to eight and the number of affiliated agents to more than 500, according to the release.

“[The] Greater Phoenix market is ripe for local home buyers and sellers," Scott said. “We couldn't be more excited about having David, Kathleen and their team join us."
