Home water purification and reverse osmosis (RO) systems producer Perfect Water Technologies recently established a partnership with Kazakhstan-based Alkaline Co. to expand its market internationally.

The Scottsdale-based business provides solutions for removing common contaminants from water such as heavy metals, chlorine, pharmaceutical matter and bacteria, according to a Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce release. The system dissolves impurities, absorbs unpleasant odors and tastes and restores mineral content.

“It is my dream to bring not only clean, but healthy, fresh water to my country,” Alkaline Co. President Akhliddin Ismailov said in the press release.

By teaming with the Central Asian area firm, Perfect Water Technologies will enhance “ongoing growth and development in a country touted as one of the most economically advanced in its region," the release said.

“Kazakhstan is the ninth largest country based on geography,” Jon Sigona, president of Perfect Water Technologies, said in the release. “A presence in this arid part of the world affords us an opportunity to introduce our innovative water filtration solution while supporting sound water quality management in the country. This partnership between Alkaline Co. and Perfect Water Technologies moves us along a path of expanded distribution and international accessibility.”
