Berge Ford Collision Repair Center has received certification from Assured Performance, a nonprofit consumer advocacy organization, for its adherence to manufacturer specifications in repairing Automaker brand vehicles and to manufacturer’s specifications.

"This certification supports our reputation for superior customer service serving our community,” Berge Ford Collision Repair Center owner Craig Berge said in a statement. “We are your neighbors and friends, so it is important to provide our customers with the peace of mind that their vehicles are being repaired correctly by highly trained professionals that care about them."

According to Berge’s announcement, the Assured Performance certification is based on auto manufacturer requirements which are critical to the repair of the vehicle’s fit, finish, durability, value and safety after an accident.

"Consumers need the confidence and peace of mind to know their vehicle is repaired by a shop that has what it takes to ensure the vehicle safety,” Assured Performance Collision Care CEO Scott Biggs said in the statement.
