Organizers for the 77th annual Halloween Carnival in Buckeye are seeking vendors, including clubs, school groups and nonprofits, to join the festivities by overseeing Halloween-oriented carnival games, sponsoring a booth or helping with food options.

The Halloween Carnival is slated for 5-9 p.m. Oct. 28 at Earl Edgar Recreational Facility, 500 S. Miller Road.

Proceeds from this event will benefit both participants and charitable organizations, according to an announcement. The carnival, presented by the city of Buckeye Community Services Department, is advertising “Mystery Bingo” along with food, beverages and games.

Those who wish to participate can obtain an application contact Jessica Thompson at 623-349-6613 or jthompson@buckeyeaz.gov.

Prospective vendors are asked to submit their completed applications by Oct. 13; space is limited, as the longtime event is described by city officials as popular.
