The Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR) has become Arizona’s only award-winning Global Business and Alliances Council as named by the National Association of Realtors as a Gold Council 2017 Global Achievement Program.

SEVRAR was recently recognized by the National Association of Realtors and was among only a few of the 125 global business councils nationwide to be named gold or platinum councils by the Association.

The Global Business & Alliances Council works to help members better serve buyers and sellers who are from different cultures and countries. There are over 94 real estate association members from cities throughout Arizona who are involved with SEVRAR and 54 Certified International Property Specialists.

“It has been a pleasure to watch the growth of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors Global Business & Alliances Council from 2015-17,” Global Business Development and Outreach manager for the National Association of Realtors Lisa Calarco said in a press release. “Over the past three years they have pushed themselves to provide well-rounded and informative programming for their globally minded members.”

Based in Mesa, SEVRAR has over 12,800 members. Last year the organization hosted a group of International realtors from countries including  Spain, Italy and Portugal as part of its mission to connect to a larger global community.
