Two members of the Sacks Tierney law firm have been chosen from among 5,000 nominees to be recognized as influential leaders in their industries for the Az Business Leaders’ 2018 edition. 

Attorneys Randy Nussbaum and Greg Gillis with Sacks Tierney were named in the 2018 Az Business Leader list chosen by the Az Business Leaders selection panel. Nominees included professionals from the areas of health care, real estate, construction, education, banking, financial services, manufacturing, technology and law. 

Nussbaum, who has over 35 years of experience in bankruptcy protection, transaction and litigation, is certified as a Bankruptcy Specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization and a Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification. 

Gillis’ legal background includes over 30 years of trial experience in construction disputes and commercial litigation, which includes mediating and arbitrating. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Construction and Commercial Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators. Gillis also serves as a judge pro tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court, where he conducts settlement conferences for civil matters. 

Founded over 50 years ago, Sacks Tierney is the largest independent law firm in the Scottsdale area and offers clients a full range of legal services.
