The Buckeye Water Resources Department recently initiated a new billing system that features added benefits for residents including simpler account management, secure payment options, real-time transaction posts and a 24-month history of water usage on each bill.

According to the department, the first of the customer statements generated by the new system have reached resident's mailboxes this week.

“It’s been more than 10 years since our current billing system was updated,” interim Director Mark Seamans said in a statement.  “This new system will be a great tool for our residents. They can pay their bills directly online and also have the ability to check on the status of their account if they ever have questions about their bill," he said.

Residents can visit the department's new webpage which has also been launched at buckeyeaz.gov/ newbilling and includes information on the billing transition.

Water customers can also contact the Utility Billing Customer Service at 623-349-6100 if they have questions regarding the new billing system. The customer service department is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Residents can also email thankyou@buckeyeaz.gov with any questions.
