Jennifer Racicot has recently resigned from the Apache Elementary School District Board, which is accepting applications for the seat.

Candidates can send an email of interest including education and work experience, reasons for wanting to be a board member, optional letters of recommendation, and contact information including email addresses and phone numbers to rmartinez@cochise.az.gov.

An applicant must be a registered voter, a citizen of the United States, be at least 18, and have continually resided within the school district for at least one year prior to taking office. The candidate's spouse must not be employed by the school district. 

Eligible candidates will be contacted for a phone interview. For more information, contact Rose Martinez in the Cochise County Schools superintendent’s office at 520-432-8951.
