Arizona residents attending two-year schools pay the lowest in-state tuition at Tohono O'Odham Community College, Southwest Skill Center-Campus of Estrella Mountain Community College and Northland Pioneer College, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of federal data.

The analysis includes the cost of tuition only for the 2017-18 academic year reported by two-year schools to the U.S. Department of Education.
