Following the passage of HB 2564, court filing fees for the Cochise County Superior and Justice Courts will be increased. 

The amended sections of the House bill, which was signed by Gov. Doug Ducey on May 16, will result in a 6 percent increase in fees collected by Cochise County.

The signing of this bill increases the base filing fee statewide and these monies will be deposited into the Elected Officials’ Retirement Fund,” Cochise County Clerk of the Superior Court Mary Ellen Dunlap said.

The revised fee schedule for the Superior Court is available via Cochise County’s official website, while the new Justice Court fees will be released soon.
