Graduates earn 956 degrees from Midwestern University-Glendale


About 84.4 percent of the 956 degrees and certificates handed out by the Midwestern University-Glendale in 2016-17 were to students in Health Professions and Related Programs programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Glendale conferred 636 doctor's degrees and 171 master's degrees in Health Professions and Related Programs programs.

But the single most popular program was for a doctor's degree in Osteopathic Medicine/Osteopathy. Data shows the school gave out 225 doctor's degrees in Osteopathic Medicine/Osteopathy, followed by 151 doctor's degrees in Pharmacy and 140 doctor's degrees in Dentistry.

The university enrolled 3,552 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in 3552 programs.
