Cost of college was unchanged for all students at The Art Institute of Phoenix


Tuition and fees was unchanged for 2017-18 at The Art Institute of Phoenix, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Arizona students paid $17,410 to attend the four-year private for-profit institution this year $2 less than the $17,412 charged for 2016-17.

Data shows 95 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 149 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.06 million and 140 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.24 million.

Including all undergraduates, 943 students used grants or scholarships totaling $7.09 million. Another 822 took out $7.82 million in federal student loans.
