The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) will conduct a fog seal along the 23-mile stretch of U.S. Highway 60 southwest of Show Low beginning June 4.

Fog sealing involves applying oil to restore flexibility to a road surface, thus extending its life. Motorists who drive in the area are advised to prepare for delays while crew work is ongoing.

From June 4-8, ADOT crews will work along U.S. 60 in 5-mile segments, beginning at Milepost 311. During the roadwork, one lane will be closed to motorists. Work will take place from 6 p.m. to 6 a,m.

For updates about the latest conditions across Arizona, visit ADOT Traveler Information Center’s website at www.az511.gov or call 511.
