Hensley Beverage Company issued the following announcement on Jan. 15.

Andy McCain, President and COO of Hensley Beverage Company, has announced important changes to Hensley’s management structure.  McCain stated, “In ongoing efforts to remain a best-in-class beverage distributor, these changes are being made to provide a more streamlined organization that will allow Hensley to be even more responsive to the ever present changes in the beverage industry.  We are proud of our leadership team and pleased to promote these very talented executives into their new roles.”

 

Chad Marston, formerly Vice President Off-Premise Sales, is being promoted to Chief Sales Officer.  Through his leadership of the off-premise sales team, combined with his prior work experience, Chad has demonstrated a thorough command of leading a diverse and effective sales organization driven by process and strong results. Chad will oversee both the On and Off Premise divisions of Hensley.

 

Paul Lueders is being promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations.  Paul has worked at Hensley for close to 30 years in a variety of senior leadership roles.  He will oversee all delivery functions throughout the state.

 

Alex Dunn, formerly Director of Operations, is being promoted to Vice President, Operations.  Alex has led significant projects including warehouse redesign, warehouse/driver compensation, and other key areas of the company.

 

Nate Dworkin, formerly Director Brand Management, is being promoted to Vice President Brand Management.  Nate will continue to formalize a strong process and approach to our brand teams.  

 

Scott Kirkpatrick, formerly Director On-Premise Sales, is being promoted to Vice President, On-Premise Sales.  Scott will continue to lead in building our On-Premise segment.

 

Artie Long is being promoted to Vice President, Off Premise Sales.  Artie has held a variety of sales positions at Hensley from salesman, to team leader to key account manager to director of field sales.  

 

Lastly, Chris Schafer, formerly Director Corporate Sales, is being promoted to Vice President Corporate Sales.  Chris will continue to direct all Arizona chain activity with the key account team, as well as maintain oversight of Hensley’s category management functions.  

 

Hensley Beverage Company (founded in 1955 and Arizona’s  largest beer distributor) is a multi-generational, family-owned, local Arizona beverage wholesaler that distributes a diverse and first-rate portfolio of beverages, including Anheuser-Busch InBev beers, top selling local and regional craft beers, premium non-alcohol beverages, water, soda, tea, and spirits.

Hensley maintains a proprietary service fleet of more than 800 vehicles and has the support of over 1,200 employees, servicing a customer base of more than 9,000 retail accounts throughout Arizona from multiple state-wide branches. With corporate headquarters located in Phoenix, Hensley also has fully operational controlled environment warehouse space in five different locations across Arizona including Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott Valley, Chandler and Show Low.
