Graduates earn 3,865 degrees, certificates from Arizona State University-Downtown Phoenix


About 18.4 percent of the 3,865 degrees and certificates handed out by Arizona State University-Downtown Phoenix in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Phoenix conferred 562 bachelor's degrees and 80 doctor's degrees in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in criminal justice/law enforcement administration. Data shows the school gave out 387 bachelor's degrees in criminal justice/law enforcement administration, followed by 276 doctor's degrees in law and 275 bachelor's degrees in "other" journalism.

The university enrolled 11,465 students for 2017-18, including 8,902 in undergraduate programs and 2,563 in graduate programs.
