Entrepreneurial Experience Lecture Series presents Adam Weber

Adam shares his journey through being a musician, pastor, comedian, and entrepreneur, including founding and exiting a mobile engagement platform before co-founding Emplify.

Adam is the co-founder of Emplify, a company that helps leaders measure, diagnose, and solve their employee engagement challenges. Previously, he served Co-founder and Vice President of Sales of Bluebridge Digital. Adam is a nationally-recognized expert and speaker on employee engagement, culture, team performance, and leadership development. Adam is a two-time Ball State graduate, former musician, retired pastor, aspiring comedian, and lives in Zionsville with his wife, sons, dogs, and chickens.
