There were five mining, quarrying, oil and gas extraction businesses in Arizona that had between 100 and 249 employees in 2016, according to County Business Patterns (CBP) statistics provided by the United States Census Bureau.

CBP data indicates that there are more establishments categorized as retail trade businesses with between 100 and 249 employees in Arizona than in any other category.
